XX-hibition

A bit of 'kulch-ur' this afternoon with a visit to an art exhibition.

As part of an art's project called Imagine Alloa one of the (too many) empty shops in the town has been turned into an exhibition and workshop space. The current exhibition is an all female generated show entitled Imagine Women and has a colleague and potential blipper's work on display (get yer shutter finger out Ang!) as well as the work of another work colleague's wife. Great stuff and a very laudable venture by the local council to try and generate some activity around the town centre (despite it's resemblance to a war zone just now).

It would, in the interests of chromosomal equilibrium and parity of course, be interesting to see a male version of this at some point - an XY-hibition perhaps?

Then again, a room full of FHM posters and bits of cars might not reach the requisite levels of culture that Alloa now expects.

Or would it..?
