Making (and eating) tapioca pudding

On Easter Sunday, our younger granddaughter noticed that I had a package of tapioca in the cupboard. I said "no" to making it when we were all stuffed from a big dinner and invited her to come over some day this week instead. Today was the day. She made tapioca pudding, shared some with us and enjoyed her own bowl full. There was even some left to take home.

Another grey and cold day today. We had some snow flurries this morning, but the temperature has risen from 34 degrees early in the day to the current temp of 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Not exactly a heat wave, but it's going in the right direction. According to the forecast, conditions will continue to improve. Yay! I hope spring returns and stays this time.
