Turkey vulture

Seen up close and personal, the buzzard or turkey vulture is not a handsome bird. If you see a flock of them hanging out in a tree, the sight isn't pleasant at all. but soaring overhead, this bird looks so graceful, you might even say it's lovely. I would have preferred to capture a blip of a hawk or an eagle today; instead I got the turkey vulture. Oh well, it's a blip, and doesn't the blue sky look wonderful? It was grey all morning following an overnight rain and didn't clear up until mid-afternoon. I hope the sun returns tomorrow.
