Eastern bluebird

Spotted this bluebird in the park this morning. He was flying around the bluebird boxes in company with some tree swallows, and gave the impression he may be using one as a nesting box. So I quietly crept close and closer, lowered myself to the ground, and waited...and waited...and waited. After a while, a bird came zooming out of the box without pausing for a photo opp, so I waited and waited some more. Unfortunately he didn't return before I had to go home. I'm thinking I'll try again tomorrow. For today I cropped (extensively) the blip I got of him sitting on a nearby limb. Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow.
