Ellie's eggs

I've said it before (mostly on Facebook and to my long-suffering work colleagues) but Ellie's hens produce the best eggs.

Every Friday (almost) I receive a dinky box of these little beauties to get me through a weekend of breakfasts.

Roll on Saturday morning and my softly scrambled eggs and bacon on toast.
