Too close!

....and upset the Oystercatchers (Haematopus ostralegus), who decided to fly off.
There's an immature Herring Gull (Larus argentatus) in there, too.
The island in the background is Inchkeith.

A different blipwalk today, along the south shore of the Firth of Forth towards Portobello. Made a nice change, and I have several new images in the blipbank for later :) It will be better on an ebbing tide, as well....
