Blooming Monkeys In The Green

A sunny day! After purchasing my magnificant Crumpler bag in the Camera Centre on Dawson St., I took the wain to the open-air exhibition of wildlife photographs (by Steve Bloom) in Stephen's Green. They are wonderful and give a new dimension to the sleepy park, windows to places "altogether elsewhere".

They blended in too, as if they belonged. I loved the way the leaf-shadows fell across these WILDEBEEST, the tangle of horns merging with the spangled light.

This LION WATCHER gives a good idea of the day that was in it, a wonderfully laid-back exhibition.

The wain fell asleep of course.
