The Mother, The Daughter and The Scalebaby.

Today we went to Edinburgh to collect #2 Daughter and her very new scalebaby, aka Milo. He's a 6 month-old Royal python and today was the first time I'd seen him.

After dinner katkatkat tentatively offered to show her new pet to her Grannie. Now this is the 82 year-old Grannie who, when reminded that Kat wasn't able to have furry pets, asked why she didn't get a fish instead of a snake. So, having had several weeks to get used to the idea of Milo, Grannie was actually quite enthusiastic to see him!

So here the three of them are! It will be nice having Kat stay for a few days, her partner will be arriving tomorrow and a barbeque is planned. Rain? No, surely not!
