Pirates

Today's blip is me being creative within the confines of a craft activity pack that looked good on the outside but was a little advanced for the boy, and didn't have nearly enough materials in it. I will persevere though - and maybe take a walk down to the haberdashery tomorrow.

Ben's bedroom has two green walls, one yellow wall, and one blue wall - these pirate ships (if they are good enough) will go on the blue wall along with some fish and seaweed. Stars on the ceiling, jungle animals and a giant tree with handprint leaves on one of the green walls, and a sunshine and maybe bucket and spade on the yellow wall.

My brother and sister-in-law are visiting this weekend, they seem to like coming and helping fix our house up! They both like learning from my husband, he is an expert diy-er, they are not, but they are quick learner and we always make good progress when they come. Ben likes them too :)
