The peace in the Barking household right at this moment is wonderful!

Great to get away. Even better to be home.

I am happy and so grateful for all that I have. It may not be a stylish apartment and I may not have all the mod cons and latest gizmos, but it's home and it's just the best I could hope for.

So today you have the gorgeous Pio (as seen through the bars of a chair) and some petals from a flower he discarded on the table the day I left.
