Rainy day ride - but cute company

I've been having a hard time finding time to blip lately. I think it's all the week back from vacation thing - so much stuff to get back up to speed on! This past week was busy, busy, busy. However, I managed to get out to Carvin's Cove with my friend Lisa on Saturday for a nice long mountain bike ride. It was raining and we got very muddy, but the rain was actually nice because it cooled things off a bit. 90 degrees and humid is not happy riding weather.

We saw this cute little box turtle on the trail. The photo is a little fuzzy because my camera lens fogged up, but that's OK.

One day I want to figure out how to photograph a field full of fireflies. They are so pretty!
