Wellie Weather

Rain, rain and after that some more rain. Until late in the afternoon; then it stopped. But then it was time to go to Nienke's first swimming lesson after the summer vacation. So I spent the whole day indoors, except for bringing Nienke and Inge to school and picking them up again. We all got soaked on both occasions and I found out that Ellis really, really doesn't like rain.

After school, Nienke had one of her school friends over to play. The two of them enjoyed themselves while Ellis was sleeping. Me and Inge had a lazy afternoon and we watched some cartoons. Well, she watched and I dozed off somewhat.

Quite an exciting day, huh? Tomorrow Martine will go to Amsterdam for two days. With more rain to come it's up to me to find some indoor activities that the girls can enjoy.
