Row row row your boat gently ......

Not a good day

we had planned to take young Cian out on the boat this morning , all had gone to plan even the sun had come out but ..............
Just out of the harbour tried to get her ( CUNAMARA) up on the plane and suddenly ,we lost power . Managed to limp back into harbour and called the AA (Seastart)who came to help .Sadly after playing with the engine and after asking us to try and start her ....BANG!!
WITH THAT LOOK THAT ONLY REPAIR MEN CAN DO, AND A SHAKE OF THE HEAD,HE TOLD US THIS JOB NEEDED "THE BIG DOCTOR" ( translating - this is going to be very expensive !!
Poor Cian , but I have to say all the time sitting waiting for someone to come to our rescue he was great Even had Tessa sitting in the cuddy , rowing along to ..Row row row the boat gently ....
