Cave of cheese

We drove from Bancroft down to Prince Edward County with the doors off the Jeep. It's so homespun and small-scale-craft-artisan everything all over this region. Wineries, breweries, small organic farms. This is the cheese cave at Fifth Town Dairy, where everything is self-sufficient. All their ingredients come from within about 10 miles. They pick the herbs and sunflower seeds from the side garden. I am embarrassed to say how much I spent in there.
