My Wild Garden

This is part of my garden, it's a real oasis of life. This is where I take most of my photos for blip - the grasshoppers, spiders, butterflies - all here, so I don't have to go far! Of course it's past it's best. It's a wildflower meadow in the Spring/Summer & home to a whole range of wildlife. The trees planted are a mixture of apple & cherry trees, plus three silver birch & a mature white poplar. It gives you an idea on the position of the church of St Giles. And yes I spend a good part of my time walking around with my camera!
