Opa !

My sister who resides in Florida is in town, called me this morning and said "Lets do lunch" We both agreed that Downtown Detroit's Greektown is where we should go and both agreed on the same restaurant, Pegasus.

2 things that make a dynamite lunch is their famous Greek salad and Saganaki which is kasseri cheese set aflame tableside to shouts of "Opa!"

This was a simple shot using a 16mm lens at about 400 ISO. I had the multi shot option turned on so I got 6 shots of this. Not wanting to post a plain Jane photo I mixed the flames from 2 of those 6 shots. I wanted to give it that "Call the fire department" look. Enjoy...
