If stuck, revert to type

Yes, another day without a picture, so back to the type box. Top left is a bit of wood from a wooden model of a Russian church which I can only assume was something M brought back from a trip to Russia - either her year abroad during her university studies, or the trip she took to St Petersburg in the early 1990s. Either way, this piece must have broken off, and somehoe ended up in the type box. Middle top is a silver crown, by the look of it commemorating the Queen's golden jubilee in 2002. Top right is a bottom badge for The Jam, dating back to the late 1970s, when I was a fan of the group. Bottom right, a bit of coral from Australia, brought back by my Uncle from one of his many trip Down Under. Middle bottom is an old threepenny bit. A pre-decimalisation coin, similar in size to the current pound coins, although only worth the equivalent of a little more than 1p. And bottom left is a bit of volcanic pumice stone I must have brought back from a trip to Iceland back in 1982.
