Stand to Attention!

Today is really grey and dark and slightly warmer. It is trying to snow but cant make its mind up, nothing is settling anyway. We have run out of diesel for the tractors, the water is still frozen so all in all not a particularly easy day! But our hay did sell for a good price at auction!

I was determined to photograph something cheerful and bright so rushed down to the village shop and there on the counter were these Father Christmases - the one in the front I think looks a little peeky bending slightly forward and holding his stomach!
