Birthday "Cake"

Mini chocolate chips on top of Chocolate Mousse Cake for our son's birthday. I did try to make his favorite chocolate cake. Twice. Note to self: Check for expiration dates on baking ingredients. Especially baking powder. Ran out of steam, time and enthusiasm so he will have to be happy with a store bought treat.
