My Dad

Mum's portrait yesterday, Dad's today.

Another run for me this morning. Yesterday I focused on the beach, today the last remaining remnant of original sub-tropical native forest someone had the foresight to preserve and protect, at the northern headland. I made each day's run count as a visual feast.

I took Mum and Dad out for brunch. More good times together. Dad and I mucked around in his shed/workshop where I took a series of shots with him at his drill press and just standing beside it.

It was over all too quickly. We've had a wonderful weekend and while sad it's over, we have the memories.

(This is a quick blip Monday morning).
