Cloudy eclipse

This morning I walked due to the onset of a summer lurgi, and perhaps lacking inspiration captured nothing very interesting.

The cloud cover lifted during the day, only to start coming over again in the early evening threatening to obscure the eclipse. Indeed it did so until just after the complete eclipse. I was then able to get a few shots in between quite long periods when there was cloud covering the moon from view.

Its taken me a while to decide which one I like best, and this is the one I chose. I hope others like it too.
