Whose Great Wheel ?

There is a story behind Lyon's great wheel, set up every winter in the center of the city since the year 2000.
The wheel used to belong to a couple of stallholders.
Everything was fine until they separated last year. Now each of them owns a great wheel, and they both claim the right to set it up !
The city had to poke its nose into the quarrel, as the ex-husband came in with all his big trucks while the former wife was building her own wheel on the main square. I think she got the authorisation for this year. Will he get it next year ? Wait and see...
