Sunset at the Tenboerster Bos

In the morning we visited my grandmother in the nursing home. After that, we took it easy: some TV, jigsaw puzzles and a nap for Ellis. Around sunset I rode my bicycle to the Tenboerster Bos, the small forest at the edge of our village. I figured the artwork on top of a hill would make a good foreground object for a landscape shot. To see more of the 'binoculars', see this image I uploaded to Picasaweb.

I tried several things and waited until after sunset for some long exposure shots. That didn't work out as I hoped so I went for this shot taken before sunset. Better viewed somewhat bigger.

Tomorrow it's back to work and after work the last landscape photography class. Chances are I won't blip tomorrow...
