Dozy Rosie

Rosie is the last of our cats to get the blip treatment :-)

Black cats aren't the easiest to photograph, so I thought I'd focus on her luminous eyes. Here she is trying to take a nap in her new bed, and probably getting fed up with me trying to keep her awake and eyes wide open!

Nothing special technically - high ISO because it's indoors at night (can't use flash since that just makes a black cat look like it's going grey!) and a close-up filter on the lens. Oh, and a bit of cloning to remove a mark she has in her left eye and a few spots of dandruff!
