Can We Still Mention Snow?

We left Granada this morning just as snow started to fall. Our route took us through The Alpujara Mountains, from one white village to another, all seemingly clinging for dear life to the mountainsides.
The region was made famous by the chap who wrote "Driving Over Lemons". Hot on the heels of the book and Radio 4 serialisation came an influx of Brits, and also Irish and French, judging by the vehicles we saw in the various villages.

This was taken in Tevélez, more or less the only pic I've taken today. We are overnighting in Nerja, which seems to be mostly populated by British and Germans. And at least one Dutch national tonight.
