Noisy Miner

Chance. I happened to be out at a home visit, which happened to be nearby to a park/reserve/bit of bush, so I took the chance to wander around and see what I could see.

As well as many nice trees and shrubs, and of all things some pukeko, I saw this Noisy Miner and snapped off a few pics. Again, my lens is too short for this kind of work really, so I've had to crop the image, which shows up its deficiencies, but I've decided to go with this pic for today anyway.
