Ode

It is tradition after a Pantomime or play that we have a party into the wee hours culminating with speeches and presentations. Roger, who until recently always played our Dame. often writes a comical ode for these occasions. Here he is delivering his ode at around 0.45 am ( here he is in one of his multiple roles in this panto)

He also occasionally writes them for special celebrations and you feel very honoured if you receive one - this is a bit from mine for my **th birthday
When she hosts a barbeque
It's always a splendid do
With menu full of culinary delights
You don't need to be in MENSA
To know she shops at M---- and Sp------
To go elsewhere would just not be quite right.
