Morning light through trees

An early walk today to catch the sunrise through the trees at the bottom of the lane. As I hurried down the lane to the place I'd spotted last Thursday as we drove to the station I thought I'd left it a little late, but I was quite pleased with this image, not only had I got the light but also an interesting sky. I tried it in b & w but didn't like it quite as much as this subtly coloured version.

I'm not working today as I need to reclaim some time for all the hours I put into preparing for the course last week. My plan is to go to Hillsborough fencing to get some wood for the edges of two of my veggie beds (something I didn't achieve last week.
