Deceptively tidy

We put this desk in our hall in June so that I could write and study and keep an eye on the new puppy. There's a lovely big enclosed space where he can sleep, and I can also let him out for a wee in double quick time from here.

Today I finished all my OU coursework for this academic year, and, for a short while, the desk is clear. All around is chaos and mess but I am celebrating with a glass of fizz and it's nice to find a clear space on which to put a glass!
The desk will be covered with gubbins by tomorrow - I have a dumping family.

I may have just got myself a BA (crossed fingers) :)
