Rodents rule

A golden treasure

This wee chap was singing his heart out as F and I went to be food poisoned at a Provincetown restaurant. Actually F escaped the poisoning, but I had no hope. Lesson 1: never eat broiled seafood.

This one one of the best days of the holiday. The weather was perfect! We sat on the porch of the inn before breakfast then made our way to Chatham beach where gray seals played in the waves and we saw some crab sex. Horseshoe crabs are fabulous!! They've been added to my favourite beasts list. Chatham beach was also the finest and most interesting of all the Cpae Cod beaches we visited (and there are many beaches that we viisted!)

Then peanut butter ice-cream in massive cones before hitting the road again. We ended up in Provincetown, the Brighton of the Cape. It was a breath of fresh air after the clean American colonial style of the Cape that we'd seen so far. Here we saw our first and only piece of graffiti.
