Decommissioned in 1984, this houses the Core Community Centre and Daycare as well as Mobile Crisis Service. The weather vane represents a fireman extinguishing a fire. I didn't know that until I read about the building's history. Another blip opportunity! Even viewed large it doesn't show especially well here.
