Elevenses

The shot showing on the camera screen here was taken nine minutes after a surprisingly well observed two minute silence by the group of students I had this morning.

I wasn't all that sure that they'd be up for this but, after a bit of a discussion, they all actually stayed behind to participate instead of dashing out for their rolls and sausage and fags. Truth be told, they're a great bunch of yoofs (don't tell them I said that that, I've a cantankerous and crabbit task master reputation to live up to).

The afternoon was a dawdle... arrived to find ALL the management team out on an away-day event so we cancelled all the classes and headed off home before 3pm.

Only kidding Boss...

...(it was nearer 3:30 by the time we got away).
