Glowing

Es was my flatmate a year and a half ago. How her life has changed since then. She married D in May last year, and in March they are expecting their first child.

The anticipation is building; Es looks wonderfully healthy.

She generously let me photograph her this afternoon; despite not feeling 'pretty'. Her smile and sparkly eyes soon put paid to that feeling though, and I got numerous shots of her which I'm sure her and D will be really happy with.

I've muscled my way into an invite to photograph the wee family when bubs is born too!

I'm looking forward to an early one tonight; I may even treat myself to a wee read in bed.
