Looks Good To Me

Bluebells of Portland

We're over halfway home on the train, and I'm writing this on Cynthia's laptop. It's a lot easier than using the iPhone -- especially cutting and pasting.

We did a last walk around the neighborhood this morning. It's a beautiful area with a wealth of flowering trees and shrubs. The bluebells were everywhere, reminding me of my boyhood in Wales, when I used to pick armfuls in the woods to take home to my mother.

We had time to kill after leaving our rented cottage, so we took the bus to Cascade Brewing one more time and enjoyed a glass of sour raspberry beer and a bowl of soup.

This has been one of our most relaxing and enjoyable vacations ever.
