Tess Obsessed...

Alan's had a very busy day!

A new physiotherapist (Lynsey) came this morning to do a physio assessment with the aim of setting up a passive stretching programme for us to do with Alan as his knees are getting quite tight.  She was also here to check his sit to stand chair is still fitted for him correctly as he's not been able to use it for a few months.  Firstly because of his colitis flare up then because his ankle splints needed re-padding.

Happily he's now over the flare up and his splints have been fixed so he can now start using his sit to stand chair.

Being a lazy teen, he wasn't keen on the stretching exercises and was even less keen to try out his chair but once he realised he would be able to eyeball Tess once he was standing, he managed to find the motivation!

Once physio was over, it was time for lunch then he was off swimming.  An hour in the pool in addition to this morning's efforts has totally knackered him!  Dinner over and a chilling watching a dvd is all he's interested in.  I don't blame him.

So, we have a new blipfoto website.  Liking the look of it so far and seems easy enough to use although I'm not too sure how stars and hearts work.  I have been notified of one heart for a blip but the actual blip is showing three hearts???!!!
