Introducing Clem...

The healthy eating plan resumed this week.  There was so much fruit in my Tesco delivery the delivery guy thought he'd unloaded the wrong order chocolate and gin were conspicuous by their absence


Meet Clem.  He's part of the healthy eating mafia and he sits on the kitchen worktop and watches my every move.  Doesn't say much, he's the strong silent type but if my hand so much as touches the cupboard door that leads to naughty snacks, I can feel his disapproval and immediately I reach for a grape instead.

Having dinner out tonight at the local Deli/cafe.  Clem is staying in the kitchen.  Topping up his tan I suspect.
