MonoMonday: Middle, Radiation Number 4

This morning Marie had another Zap from the Big Zapper,and just one more Radiation treatment to go. There was a hold up this morning when a Bulb on the machine had blown and the team had to wait for a Physicist  to change the bulb ( it takes two Physicists to change the bulb). I was in the middle of it all today getting more images of Marie's journey,this is the middle of the Bridge ,Cockpit or Command Centre of the whole process. From here the Technicians check recheck and double check everything before they start Radiation and is all done watching the screens where they can adjust the patient and machine via the controls to accurately administer the Radiation. All the live screens show Marie from various angles plus an X-ray of her Pelvis to ensure all alignments are correct. Earlier on I talked about Marie being tattooed these tiny dots are aligned by lazer when positioning Marie on the bed, this is all very high tech.
