Distant Tree

If you've followed my Blip for a while you'll know one of my favourite wanders is up onto the Knott to visit my wild little larch trees (obviously not mine - but I do feel some what proprietorial about them, lol). They've feature before HERE & HERE and no doubt they'll feature again.
Approached by a slightly longer circuitous route this morning - but not a soul in sight, Just me, C & the pooch. A bit of snow on the ground (fingers crossed there's more forecast for later) and its suddenly a different landscape, glorious though bracing in the sharp northerly wind.
I'm annoyed by the lens splodge - but this was the least affected pic - must remember to give it a good clean when its been out on climbing trips in future!
