'Our Latest Resident'

This great looking St. Andrews Cross Spider has made it's web just outside our front window in amongst the climbing pumpkin foliage.

I really love the way they spin the silk cross and sit in the middle of it aligning their pairs of legs along the main axis.

I believe that this is the exact same spider that MsMun blipped last week, a much nicer shot than this one too.

More defects inspections out at a school this afternoon, but disappointing  that the builders still haven't finished and a lot of the workmanship wasn't up to scratch. I had to abandon half way through and will need to go back out again next week.
