Bonus Bird

There is still a layer of, albeit thin, frozen snow up in Allerton and the animals were scraping  off the ice to find some greenery.  These horses are in one of the first fields I ride by when I have reached the top of Allerton Hill and head out from the estate into the countryside.  When pal Laura would give me a lift home many years ago when we were still teaching, we had an agreement that we would get all our whingeing out of the way before this point and then on went the 70s/80s hits and the singing began!
