Nia class with Becky

These photos are from Wednesday when we had a wonderful class with Becky Holahan at Prana Yoga in Sarasota. My friend and instructor Kathy Oravec came to class too! It really was a fun class. I am so glad I take Nia, as it helps me in so many ways.
