Anglesey Sea Salt

Anglesey is probably a wonderful place. -But my friend Helle and I went there on a holiday in 2008 and we had the worst time ever. We hated every minute of it and ended up leaving early to go stay with my friend in Derbyshire.

It wasn't very funny at the time, but we have been laughing at the story since and when I opened my Birthday present from my English friend today, I laughed out loud. Nicely wrapped in a beautiful bag, I found this Anglesey Sea Salt chocolate with a note saying it was to remind me of one of my favourite holidays :-D

Oh yes, it is my Birthday today. I have celebrated at work and will celebrate some more on Saturday. Otherwise I am not big on birthdays.

It has been a beautiful day and the boys and I went for a wonderful walk in the Academy Garden.
