The ninety-five rolled
in and out of three states, then
stopped in Idaho

We covered a lot of new, but mostly empty country today. The sun was bright and it turned into a very warm spring day. We've stopped in Fruitland, Idaho for the night. It was 76 degrees F. when we arrived about 5 PM.

The largest photo of this set is Owyhee Country which is a slice of the Snake River Valley. The name "Owyhee" is the old spelling of Hawaii. (and sounds the same) The fur traders of 1818 had a number of Hawaiians in their ranks. Some of them were sent off to trap in this area and never returned.

We've continued to have our challenges with technology. D's cell phone with A T & T has refused to work all day. No signal! Yet, my cheap little Tracphone just keeps going along nonstop. Internet has been iffy for several days in several RV Parks. Tonight we're parked right in front of the office and between two towers. Yeah!
