Couldn't choose, Tulips.

These are the last tulips this year about to open.and are planted in tubs with some purple ones for contrast.

There was a sharp shower this morning just before I went to Pilates and as I thought there was to be more rain later, I dashed out to take a couple of macro shots.

They look different but are actually the same variety ( think they might be Menton) and I couldn't choose which one to post so you've got both!

Haven't had a chance to take anything else as I have been painting again, on my hands and knees, so I'm shattered!

It's extremely windy again but as yet no more rain.
