This afternoon I flew off to Chicago (as a passenger this time!).  After a very relaxing flight in First Class, (which I never take for granted when it happens!) I enjoyed the scenery during our descent.  I was sitting on the right, and the Downtown area would have been on the other side, but the view of the north side of the city and the shoreline with Lake Michigan is still beautiful!  I believe that is the northern suburb of Evanston in the view. 

I've added an extra photo of a shot a few minutes before this main picture.  The sun was trying to peek through the clouds and shone onto the water below, making a rather eerie-looking scene.
