I managed to attend the course feeling like death warmed up.  By lunchtime i was very light headed - no food for too long!  I managed a banana and  a bit of sandwich. I made it through until the end of the day.

The course is brilliant and I'm pleased to be on it.  I was totally knackered so you have the second version of the hotel window.

I'll try to do better tomorrow!
