My Little Pianist

Today was the day of Miss E's music concert at school. She has piano lessons every week but as she never rarely practises we don't really get to hear her.
This afternoon all the children who learn guitar and piano put on a very informal concert. With varying degrees of success!! Some were amazing, some hadn't been learning long and were so brave getting up in front of lots of people, some were more enthusiastic than skilful! It was really sweet.
And followed by tea and cake which is always good!
Miss E played a tune which was meant to be like church bells pealing and chiming. She went a bit slowly and it sounded a bit more like a scale. And people mistakenly thought she'd finished and applauded before the end bless her!! 
But she did it!! She read music, got all the notes right, enjoyed it and looked fantastically proud of herself at the end. Brilliant!!
