Common Garden Ant

Changeable weather today - one minute sun and the next rain.  The Painter came today and finished off the last of the decorating  -  I think he was sad to go and staid for ages giving me the local gossip.  Hardly any insects around at all:-(    However, when the paving stones dried a bit from the sun a few ants came out so I was able to catch an insect blip again. They're not easy to capture because they scuttle about so much, and anyway you can't get very near them either.  So this one has been heavily cropped.
