Gorse at the edge of a Rape field

A dull overcast day.

I dropped Eleanor off at the Church Food Bank  and on the way home had a look for some Blip ideas. The Rape fields were looking very bright but the thing which caught my eye was this Gorse bush at the edge of one of the fields. I liked the slight contrast between the two yellows. The Gorse is out in abundance at the moment - for those who know Edinburgh, it brought back memories of playing golf on the Braid Hills course - and losing a ball or two amongst the thick gorse.

A busy afternoon to come - Bible Study at Church, MOT for car and looking after the Grandchildren for a few hours.
