When in Norfolk.....

Photograph the Norfolk hawker Aeshna isoceles !!
The Norfolk hawker is a rare small hawker with clear wings and green eyes, whose UK stronghold is in Norfolk (surprisingly).
At How Hill there were quite a few whizzing around, but only this one stayed still long enough for a single shot....I felt very lucky!
I have also added a shot of a mating pair of Azure damselflies and a head shot of a female Hairy dragonfly in cop....
Sadly no Swallowtail butterflies though, it was too windy!
I am loving my new camera, the sharpness is amazing! ....well amazingly better than the old camera!
